01 process in focus

We recently hosted a one-day workshop with our client Podravka, to share how we approach software development. Not just what we do, but how and why we do it.

The focus was on our structured process: a clear, step-by-step path that helps us define goals, align teams, and deliver meaningful results. Together, we explored each phase – from the first contact and discovery sessions, through design and development, all the way to delivery and launch.

Through real examples and open discussion, we looked at how this process supports collaboration, reduces risk, and ensures that every decision adds value. We also used the time to exchange ideas with Podravka’s Digital Team, reflect on ways we can work even better together, and strengthen the flow of knowledge across teams.

Creating clarity

The day wrapped up with a relaxed lunch on the rooftop of our office – sharing stories, enjoying great food, and taking in the view over Zagreb.

Like the process itself, the workshop was all about creating clarity, building strong connections, and working toward results that make a difference.
