Our team is growing and we are looking for an experienced React Native developer who enjoys building high-quality mobile applications and wants to have a real impact.
We’ve landed a major project that we now need to maintain, enhance, and integrate with new systems. It’s a project used and loved by a huge number of people, and one where you can directly influence it through your work.
02 ABOUT THE JOB
What will you do
You will work on a large-scale, production-grade mobile application used daily by a significant number of users.
Your focus will be on building and maintaining React Native applications for iOS and Android, collaborating closely with backend, design and product teams.
You’ll be involved in architectural decisions, performance optimization, integrations with backend systems, and improving overall code quality.
We are hiring a React Native developer of a mid or senior level. This is how we establish seniority:
Mid level
- Works autonomously on assigned tasks
- Follows best practices in mobile development
- Can independently implement features and fixes
- Provides realistic estimates for own work
- Strong sense of responsibility
Senior level
- Everything listed for Mid level
- Designs solutions for complex and unfamiliar problems
- Makes careful estimates even with incomplete requirements
- Guides and supports junior and mid developers
- Takes ownership of technical decisions and code quality
03 EXPECTATIONS
We are looking for
- At least 3 years of experience with React Native
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience publishing apps to App Store and Google Play
- Understanding of mobile performance, debugging and testing
- Experience working with REST APIs
- A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Requirements
- Fluent in Croatian or a native speaker
- Good command of spoken and written English
Nice to have
- Experience with React on web
- Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin)
- Experience with CI/CD for mobile apps
- Interest in long-term product development

- 1.940,00 EUR – 3.010,00 EUR gross for Mid developer
- 3.010,00 EUR – No upper limit gross for Senior developer
