The new year always brings a sense of renewal.

A fresh calendar, writing “2025” for the first time, resolutions we make (and maybe break), and plans carried over from last year.

For us at Enterwell, this new year is extra special: it marks our 10th anniversary. A decade of creating simple software that delivers excellent results.

02 CHANGES

A decade of change  

Looking back, the past ten years have been exciting – not just for us, but for the world.

• The internet is crazy fast: from fiber-optic connections at home to 5G on the go, the internet puts everything at your fingertips. Every song, movie and podcast.
• Smartphones have amazing cameras: everyday moments with loved ones are now captured in pro-level quality with ease.
• Everything is online: shop for groceries, access government services, and even exercise with a trainer – all from your phone.
• Innovation everywhere: From 3D-printed skull implants to the detailed photos taken in space, advancements have changed what’s possible.

Closer to home, we’ve seen our own transformations.

• Growing from a two-person team to 26.
• Moving from a small office to a bigger space – twice.
• Opening a second office in Mostar.
• Delivering countless projects for exceptional clients.

Through it all, one thing has remained constant – our people.

People make it work 

It’s our people who make us who we are. Their skills and talents drive everything we do, from delivering quality software to fostering strong client partnerships.

This focus on people is why over 94% of our clients return to work with us – a statistic we’re incredibly proud of.

This number also reflects the amazing people we’re fortunate to work with. While we value growth, it’s the friendly atmosphere and knowledge sharing that really keep our team together.

In an industry known for job hopping, our team members often stay for an average of five years.

04 SIMPLE SOFTWARE

Here’s to what’s next  

Ten years in tech might not sound like much, but consider this:

• Kids born in 2014 don’t really know what an SMS is. They sure know how to text, but are oblivious to the real origins of the text message.
• They probably never heard of Skype.
• Their list of memorization is shortening – in case their phone dies, they won’t remember any phone numbers. (Come to think of it, neither will we. 🤭)

The world moves fast and we’re proud to have spent a decade moving with it, delivering simple software that leads to excellent results.
